    • ImprovedEvery license call (activate, check, pause) now sends Perfex Client Hub's sellmycode.net item id, as the license server requires
    • ImprovedA purchase code bought for another product, or an unknown one, only shows "This purchase code is not valid for Perfex Client Hub." and is never activated
    • ImprovedAn activation made by an older version with another product's purchase code is paused automatically and removed from this install; enter your Perfex Client Hub purchase code to switch the module back on

    Domain changes need your confirmation

    License

    • ImprovedWhen the site moves to another domain (a new address, a staging or test copy), the license is never activated for the new domain on its own: not when the module is switched on again, not by the scheduled check, not when a page opens. Perfex Client Hub stays switched off until an administrator confirms: the License page and the admin banner say "This site now runs on <new domain>. Activate your license for this domain?" with an "Activate on <new domain>" button. When all activation slots are in use, the page shows sellmycode.net's hint and the Request a Transfer button
    • ImprovedThe old domain is never paused from the new one (module deactivation and the Pause button only use a token of this domain); it keeps its slot until the author releases it
    • ImprovedPaused, revoked or otherwise invalid licenses: besides Reactivate, "Use a different purchase code" opens a code field on the page. The stored code is replaced only when sellmycode.net confirms the new one; if it fails, the current code stays and the error is shown
    • ImprovedSwitching the module on again on the same domain still reactivates the kept purchase code automatically
    • ImprovedBlocked licenses: when the author blocks the purchase code (License Blocked) or this domain for it (This Site Is Blocked for This License), Perfex Client Hub switches off on the next check and the License page and admin banner show sellmycode.net's hint with an Appeal / Contact the Author button; Reactivate is hidden, a different purchase code can still be used

    License

    • FixedOpening the License page address of a deactivated module answers "page not found" instead of a server error
    • ImprovedPerfex Client Hub now needs a sellmycode.net license on a live site. Without a valid license (not activated, paused, revoked by the author, a code for another product, or no confirmed answer within the grace period) the hub switches off and Perfex works as without the module: its menu, staff pages, customer and project tabs, portal pages, cron jobs, reminders and emails pause. Nothing is deleted; activating the license brings everything back
    • ImprovedShare links, upload-request links, the public roadmap, changelog and boards, the feedback widget and email links answer with a clear "license not valid" response (HTTP 403) while the hub is switched off, and accept no uploads
    • NewNew License page (under the module's menu and Setup › Module Licenses): activate with your sellmycode.net purchase code, see the status and details, pause this site from an in-page dialog; light and dark, in all 9 languages. Administrators see the activation form; other staff see "contact your administrator"

    Client files

    • NewA private file hub for every customer and every project, also as Files tabs on the customer profile and in the project.
    • NewFolders and sub-folders with colours and descriptions; rename, move, copy, trash with restore (30 days by default), delete for good, ZIP download of folders and selections.
    • NewDrag-and-drop uploads of files and whole folders; large files uploaded in parts that resume after a dropped connection; progress and retry in the page.

    Sharing and requests

    • NewShare links for files and folders: expiry, password, download limit, view only, uploads into a shared folder, label and recipient, notification on open, download and upload, a log per link, revoke; all links of a customer on one page.
    • NewPublic share pages that show only the shared file or folder, with previews and ZIP download; password tries limited and logged.
    • NewUpload requests to a contact or any email address: folder, message, due date, number of files, size and accepted types; portal page and public link; "I am done"; automatic reminders before and after the due date; remind, close and new link; staff page and overview card.

    Storage and quotas

    • NewFiles outside the web root by default, under random names; PCH_STORAGE_PATH for your own folder; a protected fallback inside uploads/ with deny rules and the nginx rule shown in Settings.
    • NewLargest file (up to 20 GB), quotas per customer and for the whole hub, free-space margin, usage bars per customer.
    • NewOptional X-Sendfile (Apache) and X-Accel-Redirect (nginx) for downloads.

    Client portal

    Feedback and roadmap

    • NewBoards: public, for customers, for one customer, or private; kinds (ideas, bug reports, questions), categories, extra fields, votes and comments on or off, roadmap on or off, moderation.
    • NewPosts with attachments; bug reports with browser, system and steps, optionally private to the author's customer.
    • NewVoting by contacts, by staff on behalf of customers with a note, and by signed-out visitors (confirmed by email or anonymous with limits); revenue impact of the voting customers for staff who may see payments.

    AI helpers (optional, through Perfex AI Staff)

    • NewDuplicate detection (also automatic), thread summaries, tag and status suggestions, changelog drafts, tag suggestions for files. AI only proposes; Apply and Dismiss by staff with the matching right. Names, email addresses and file contents are never sent. Built-in rules when AI is off.

    Integrations

    • NewPerfex Deliverables: approved deliverables filed into the project's Client Hub folder, by hand or automatically; later versions become hub versions.
    • NewInvoices and estimates: Save PDF to Client Hub (Perfex Document Studio's design when it is active); drafts hidden from contacts.
