Builder

• FixedFixed: the trigger picker showed the same group heading several times (Leads, Tasks, Invoices...). Each group now appears once with all its triggers: General and the Perfex record groups first, then the groups added by other modules in alphabetical order. Searching keeps the same grouping

• FixedFixed: the trigger picker now names the Integrations group (triggers added by Perfex Product Hub) and the Sales group (triggers added by Perfex Sales Growth) instead of showing a raw text key

Ask AI Staff

• NewNew Ask AI Again button on the execution page when an Ask AI Staff step itself failed (AI provider error or timeout, rate limit, an AI Staff budget reached, AI Staff not available). Flow Studio's own dialog shows the last error and says that it sends one more AI request, which your AI provider charges
• ImprovedThe retried request goes through Perfex AI Staff exactly like the first one: its routing, budgets, permissions and usage log apply. A budget that is still reached blocks the retry too; raise the budget first
• ImprovedOnly administrators can ask again, at most 3 times per step and execution, and never automatically. At the limit the execution page says so; start a new execution once the cause is fixed
• ImprovedEvery retry is recorded in the audit trail (Ask AI Staff asked again) and listed on the execution page under AI Retries: who, when and the error it answered

License

• ImprovedWhen the site moves to another domain (a new address, a staging or test copy), the license is never activated for the new domain on its own: not when the module is switched on again, not by the scheduled check, not when a page opens. Flow Studio stays switched off until an administrator confirms: the License page and the admin banner say "This site now runs on <new domain>. Activate your license for this domain?" with an "Activate on <new domain>" button. When all activation slots are in use, the page shows sellmycode.net's hint and the Request a Transfer button
• ImprovedThe old domain is never paused from the new one (module deactivation and the Pause button only use a token of this domain); it keeps its slot until the author releases it
• ImprovedPaused, revoked or otherwise invalid licenses: besides Reactivate, "Use a different purchase code" opens a code field on the page. The stored code is replaced only when sellmycode.net confirms the new one; if it fails, the current code stays and the error is shown
• ImprovedBlocked licenses: when the author blocks the purchase code (License Blocked) or this domain for it (This Site Is Blocked for This License), Flow Studio switches off on the next check and the License page and admin banner show sellmycode.net's hint with an Appeal / Contact the Author button; Reactivate is hidden, a different purchase code can still be used
• ImprovedThe license is checked every 6 hours instead of once a day, and also when an administrator or staff member opens a Flow Studio page and the last check is more than 6 hours old. That check runs after the page is sent (or in the background), so pages never wait for it, and several pages opened at once make one check at most

License

• NewActivate Flow Studio with your sellmycode.net purchase code on the new License page (Flow Studio › License, also under Setup › Module Licenses): license type, domain, activations used and limit, update period, last check, and Pause to move the license to another site. Only administrators see the activation form; other staff are asked to contact their administrator. Test sites (localhost, *.test, *.local, private network addresses) need no license.
• ImprovedWithout a valid license (not activated, paused, revoked, a code for another product, or no confirmed answer within the grace period) Flow Studio switches off and Perfex works as without the module: no menu or pages, no triggers on records, no worker, delays, date triggers, scheduled runs, approval reminders or outbound web requests. Its pages answer "License Not Valid" and its actions a JSON license_inactive answer (HTTP 403); administrators see a banner. Workflows, versions, run history and approvals are kept; activating the license brings everything back.
• ImprovedDeactivating the module pauses this site's license (the activation stays bound to the domain) and activating it again resumes it; uninstalling pauses it and removes the stored purchase code.

Triggers

• New14 Perfex record types: leads, customers, contacts, tasks, projects, tickets, invoices, estimates, proposals, contracts, payments, expenses, credit notes and subscriptions (customer subscribed, renewal coming up).
• NewCreated, updated, status changed (from / to), field changed (field, optional from and to value) and deleted, where Perfex reports it; status changes made on the kanban boards and by other modules are seen too.
• NewOutcome moments: lead converted, lost and junk; task completed, staff assigned and comment added; ticket reply added; invoice sent, paid in full and cancelled; estimate sent, accepted, declined and converted; proposal sent, accepted, declined and comment added; contract signed.
• NewDate triggers N days before or after a date: invoice due soon and overdue, estimate and proposal about to expire, contract about to end, task due soon and overdue, project deadline, subscription renewal, lead not contacted. Once per record and date, in your time zone; a moved date fires again.
• NewStarted by hand, on a schedule, and extension events from other modules.
• NewEvents caused by a running step never start workflows (no loops); limits per workflow and per record each hour.

Actions and logic

• NewSend an e-mail with a Perfex e-mail template and its merge fields, or your own subject and text, to the record, the customer's primary contact, the person responsible, a staff member or an address.
• NewUpdate a field (allow-list per record type, typed, audited), change the status through Perfex's models, assign to one person or in turn (round robin) with a notification, add a note (a comment on tasks), add tags.
• NewCreate a task through Perfex's tasks (related to the record, assigned with Perfex's notification, due in N days), create a ticket, a lead or a reminder; notify staff with a bell that opens the record, or the execution for viewers.
• NewSend a web request: HTTPS only, DNS pinned, private / loopback / link-local / metadata ranges refused (IPv6, NAT64 and 6to4 forms included), allow and deny lists, no redirects, 64 KB body, 256 KB answer, time limit and retries on server errors, bearer or header key and HMAC-SHA256 signing with sealed secrets, answer fields for later steps.
• NewOptional error branch on every action that can fail.
• NewIf / else with 18 operators (case-insensitive text, numbers by value, lists, empty, dates, within N days); wait; set a value; finish.
• NewApprovals: one reviewer or a group, all must approve or any one may approve, deadline with expiry branch, one reminder, independence from owner and initiator, delegation with reason and administrator reassignment (at most 10 handovers), reviewers with the approve right see only the fields the request names.

Builder

• NewPalette by category, drag from ports to connect, frames, minimap, Fit, Arrange, snapping, undo / redo, keyboard, step menu (edit, add after, duplicate, delete); opens at a readable zoom.
• NewInspector with styled fields, a field picker for the trigger's fields and earlier steps' outputs, staff, e-mail template and record pickers; problems shown in plain words; Check without publishing.
• NewVersion notes, comparison of versions, restore into the draft; export of a workflow or a library of up to 50, import as drafts with people matched by e-mail; secrets never exported.

Executions, analytics and audit

• NewExecutions list with status, workflow, period and test filters and search; execution page with every step, its time, input and result, the record and the event data; retry, cancel, run again.
• NewAnalytics: executions, success rate, failures by cause, time to finish and processing time (median and 95th percentile), per day, workflow and step, approval times per reviewer; 7 / 30 / 90 days, 12 months or custom.
• NewAudit trail of every change; template gallery with 20 templates.

Engine

• NewSeparate non-blocking worker lock; people's saves, votes and launches wait briefly instead of failing while the worker runs; one broken workflow pauses itself and notifies its owner while the others keep running; paused and archived workflows never block others; cron safeguard when another module's cron task stops early; worker time per cron run in the settings.
• NewImmutable published versions checked with SHA-256 before every step; durable step markers (an effect is never repeated blindly); one execution per event.
• NewData retention: finished executions after 180 days and the audit trail after 730 by default (hourly clean-up); deleting a lead, customer or contact clears its copies.
