Project roadmaps

• ImprovedA Roadmap tab on every Perfex project and a Roadmap page: phases, Perfex milestones and tasks on a timeline, zoom by week, month or quarter, a today line
• ImprovedDrag a bar to move it and its edges to change the dates (or use the arrow keys); dates are saved into Perfex's own milestones and tasks, with a line in the project activity. Moving milestones needs Perfex's Edit milestones right, moving tasks Perfex's Edit tasks right
• ImprovedFinish-to-start dependencies with a lag in days (drag the end dot onto another bar, or Add Dependency); loops are refused; the critical path is highlighted and dependencies that are not met are flagged; "Move linked items" pushes dependent items later by just enough

OKRs

• ImprovedPeriods (a quarter or custom dates, closed periods are read only), objectives for the company, a department or a person, aligned to the objective they support, with an alignment tree
• ImprovedKey results measured as a number, percent, money or a milestone, with start, target, current value and weight; falling targets count the way down
• ImprovedAutomatic progress from Perfex: tasks completed in a project, invoice payments received in a currency, leads converted, a milestone completed (fixed queries only, read for the objective's period every 15 minutes)
• ImprovedCheck-ins with the value, a confidence level and a comment, kept as history
• ImprovedOverview with progress rings, figures, the expected pace of the period and a Needs Attention list; health on track, at risk, off track or achieved (Settings › OKRs)

Mentions

• ImprovedAn @ in the Perfex header with the unread count and a Mentions inbox for every staff member: task comments, project discussions and file comments (Perfex's own @) and notes on leads, customers and staff
• Improved@ in notes: the list offers only people who can see that record; the person gets a notification and, when switched on, an e-mail (template TeamPulse: you were mentioned)
• ImprovedUnread / all, search, filter by where it was written and by task tags; mark read or unread

Import from another module

• ImprovedSettings › Import: dry run, import as one batch, undo by batch; running again never copies a record twice; the other module's tables are only read

License

• ImprovedEvery license call (activate, check, pause) now sends TeamPulse's sellmycode.net item id, as sellmycode.net requires
• ImprovedA purchase code bought for another product, or an unknown one, only shows "This purchase code is not valid for Perfex TeamPulse." It is never activated; the detailed reason is written to Perfex's application log for administrators
• ImprovedAn activation made by an older version with another product's purchase code is paused automatically and removed from this install; enter your TeamPulse purchase code to switch TeamPulse back on

License

• ImprovedWhen the site moves to another domain (a new address, a staging or test copy), the license is never activated for the new domain on its own: not when the module is switched on again, not by the scheduled check, not when a page opens. TeamPulse stays switched off until an administrator confirms: the License page and the admin banner say "This site now runs on <new domain>. Activate your license for this domain?" with an "Activate on <new domain>" button. When all activation slots are in use, the page shows sellmycode.net's hint and the Request a Transfer button
• ImprovedThe old domain is never paused from the new one (module deactivation and the Pause button only use a token of this domain); it keeps its slot until the author releases it
• ImprovedPaused, revoked or otherwise invalid licenses: besides Reactivate, "Use a different purchase code" opens a code field on the page. The stored code is replaced only when sellmycode.net confirms the new one; if it fails, the current code stays and the error is shown
• ImprovedBlocked licenses: when the author blocks the purchase code (License Blocked) or this domain for it (This Site Is Blocked for This License), TeamPulse switches off on the next check and the License page and admin banner show sellmycode.net's hint with an Appeal / Contact the Author button; Reactivate is hidden, a different purchase code can still be used
• ImprovedThe license is checked every 6 hours instead of once a day, and also when an administrator or staff member opens a TeamPulse page and the last check is more than 6 hours old. That check runs after the page is sent (or in the background), so pages never wait for it, and several pages opened at once make one check at most

License

• FixedOpening the License page address of a deactivated module answers "page not found" instead of a server error
• ImprovedPerfex TeamPulse now needs a sellmycode.net license on a live site. Without a valid license (not activated, paused, revoked by the author, a code for another product, or no confirmed answer within the grace period) TeamPulse switches off and Perfex works as without the module: its menu, pages, dashboard widgets, timesheet reminders, meeting jobs and cron pause, and Perfex's own task timers work as usual. Nothing is deleted; activating the license brings everything back
• ImprovedClient Support links, the screen agent and the Zoom webhook answer with a clear "license not valid" response (HTTP 403) while TeamPulse is switched off
• NewNew License page (under the module's menu and Setup › Module Licenses): activate with your sellmycode.net purchase code, see the status and details, pause this site from an in-page dialog; light and dark, in all 9 languages. Administrators see the activation form; other staff see "contact your administrator"
• ImprovedAdministrators see a banner on every admin page while the license is not valid
• ImprovedDevelopment installs need no license: localhost, *.localhost, *.test, *.local and private or loopback IP addresses
• ImprovedDeactivating the module pauses this site (the activation stays bound to your domain, so activating the module again resumes it); uninstalling pauses it and removes the stored purchase code, token and cache

Time

• NewTimer in the Perfex header on every admin page: recent tasks first, general work, a short note, start, pause, resume, stop, Add time; a floating timer on phones.
• NewManual entries and corrections with Perfex's date picker, in each person's time zone; no overlapping entries; one running timer per person.
• NewTime on a task is written into Perfex task timers (task timesheet, project hours, Bill tasks on invoices, Cash & Capacity) — at once, or only after the week is approved. Billable follows the task; the staff hourly rate is kept. Invoiced tasks are protected.
• NewTimers started with Perfex's own task timer are picked up, edits and deletions made in Perfex's forms are applied, and the existing Perfex timer history is imported in batches by the cron job.
• NewGeneral work (billable or not, never invoiced), a daily limit with warnings, automatic stop of forgotten timers, an optional weekday reminder.
• NewWeek by day or as a grid; people with the View right switch to another person.

Timesheets and approvals

• NewWeekly sheets: send for approval, approve or send back with a note, approve many at once, lock, unlock, reopen.
• NewApprovers decide for everyone or for their Perfex departments; self-approval off unless allowed (recorded).
• NewWeeks over the daily limit and weeks changed after approval are flagged; bell notifications for every decision.

Reports

• NewPeriods (this / last week, month and quarter, last 30 days, this year, custom), filters for people, project, customer, billable and approval status; grouped by person, project, customer, task or week.
• NewTotal, billable share, utilisation against capacity (a default and a figure per person), approved and waiting hours, a daily chart split into billable, non-billable and general work, entries behind every row.
• NewCSV and Excel (.xlsx) export of the summary or of every entry, with real download headers.

Meetings

• NewAgenda-and-notes meetings, calls on a private Jitsi server (token sign-in) or Zoom (Server-to-Server OAuth).
• NewCustomer, contacts, project, invited staff (searchable pickers), place, own time zone, reminder.
• NewRepeating series (daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly; by count or until a date); edit this or this and the following; cancel with notice.
• NewE-mail invitations, updates and cancellations with calendar (.ics) files for staff and contacts; bells for staff; reminders once per meeting by the cron job; Perfex e-mail templates (Setup > Email Templates > TeamPulse).
• NewUpcoming and past lists with search and filters; month and week calendar.
• NewShared notes; next steps with owner and due date; a next step becomes a Perfex task; overdue steps on the overview.
• NewOptional AI summary of the notes through Perfex AI Staff (redacted input, proposals only; you choose what to keep).
• NewZoom: cached access token, rate-limit handling, a recurring Zoom meeting for a series, webhook with signature and freshness checks for start / end and join counts (never names), and a reconcile flow for meetings Zoom did not confirm. The Zoom host link is no longer stored.

Client Support

• NewInvitations for a customer contact (contact sign-in or a one-time link), 5-120 minutes, optional project and ticket; the link is shown once, can be e-mailed and replaced.
• NewCustomer agreement before anything is shared; view-only screen sharing of a window or screen the customer picks; optional voice; nothing recorded.
• NewCustomer page with your company name, logo and button colour; HTTPS and browser checks with clear messages.
• NewConfigurable STUN (your relay, none, your own servers, Google public) named on the customer page; TURN relay with short-lived credentials; portal menu only for contacts with a recent session (or always / never).
• NewOutcome note the contact sees in the portal.

Privacy and retention

• NewPrivacy page for every staff member: what is recorded, what is never recorded, what is kept about them, Download my data.
• NewRetention periods for every kind of data with a bounded cron purge; Remove old data now with a dry-run count and a typed confirmation; a person's data export as a ZIP of JSON and CSV files with a one-time link.
• NewDeleting a staff member, customer, contact, project or task in Perfex removes or detaches what belonged to it.

Integrations

• NewPerfex Brain Pro: 12 widgets. Perfex Cash & Capacity: TeamPulse time as its time source (optional). Perfex AI Staff: meeting-notes summary. Perfex Sentinel: settings, decisions, removals, exports and support sessions in its audit log. Perfex Design Studio: light and dark follow its admin skin. Each can be switched off.

Interface and access

• NewSame look as our other modules: Plus Jakarta Sans, light and dark in step with them, in-page dialogs only, styled controls, phone layouts; staff time zone and Perfex date format everywhere; messages instead of raw error pages.
• NewSeven permissions: track own time, see everyone's time, approve timesheets, manage all meetings, configure, run own Client Support sessions, run Client Support for all accessible customers.
• NewEnglish, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish and Russian.
• Newuninstall.php removes every table, option, right, notification and e-mail template of the module; Perfex task timers and tasks created from next steps are kept.
• NewThe desktop companion of the 0.x previews is not part of 1.0; its server side is switched off.
