29 newEmployee records
- NewEmployee profile for every Perfex staff member in its own table (nothing added to Perfex's staff table): job title, department, manager, location, employment type, contract dates, probation, emergency contacts and custom fields
- NewPrivate documents with a drop zone, stored encrypted outside the public folder and downloaded with a permission check
- NewOrg chart from managers and departments; staff self-service for their own profile, leave, payslips and documents
Leave and holidays
- NewLeave types with monthly or yearly accrual, carry-over caps and pro-rata for joiners and leavers
- NewRequests in full days, half days or hours in the employee's time zone, with the working days counted and the balance after the request; conflict warnings when others in the team are out
- NewApproval by the manager, then HR; team calendar; public holidays per location imported from CSV or iCal
Attendance
- NewClock card for web clock in and out with an optional IP or location (geofence) rule; today board; monthly grid
- NewShifts and rosters, late and absent flags, overtime rules and timesheet approval (one by one or in bulk)
- NewWith Perfex TeamPulse active, approved time, first activity and overtime are read from TeamPulse instead of a second timer; anything TeamPulse cannot provide shows as unavailable, never as a guessed zero
Payroll
- NewCountry-neutral engine: earnings, deductions and employer contributions as a fixed amount, a percentage or a formula over other components and attendance and leave inputs, with a safe expression evaluator (no code)
- NewPay groups and periods (monthly, semi-monthly, weekly); exact decimals with rounding per currency
- NewPay runs go through review (each person compared with the last run), approval by a second person and lock; corrections go into an adjustment run and locked runs never change; a run that would pay anyone a negative net stops
- NewPayslips as PDF and in self-service; optional queued delivery to the employee account email, with delivery status and explicit reconciliation for uncertain sends
- NewBank files as CSV or validated SEPA pain.001
- NewTax tables are data the administrator enters; three neutral examples only, with no claim of legal or tax compliance for any country
- NewWith Perfex Books active, approved runs post to the ledger (gross pay, employer costs, deductions, net pay payable) through Books' public posting API; adjustments post as a separate delta journal and replays never post twice
Recruitment
- NewJob openings, a public careers page with an apply form (spam protection, file upload rules), applicant consent and data retention
- NewKanban pipeline, interviews, scorecards, versioned offers and a confirmed hire that becomes an employee
Onboarding and offboarding
- NewRole checklists linked to Perfex tasks for HR, IT and the manager; encrypted exit interviews; final settlements approved separately and frozen into payroll
Reports
- NewHeadcount and turnover, leave liability, absence and overtime, payroll cost by department and project, recruitment funnel; formula-safe CSV export
Switching from another HR module
- NewRead-only importers for other HR, payroll, timesheet and recruitment modules, detected by their tables
- NewDry run with counts, unmapped fields and conflicts; import in batches with undo by batch; idempotent re-runs
- NewSource tables are never changed or deleted; protected values are encrypted on the way in; past payslips come in as read-only history
Integrations
- NewBrain Pro widgets, AI Staff read tools (respecting per-field permissions), Flow Studio triggers and actions, Connect work-profile resources with no salary fields; optional Document Studio offer and payslip types
Privacy and security
- NewSalary, bank and ID details encrypted at rest; per-field permissions (salary only for payroll roles and the employee)
- NewProtected values never load with the page: an audited Reveal opens them; every view and export of sensitive fields is in the audit trail
- NewGDPR export and erasure per employee, with file deletion retried through cron
